The Nokia N86: Nokia's first 8-megapixel camera phone

Nokia's latest addition to its multimedia NSeries is the N86.

  • The Nokia N86 features an OLED display with hardened scratch-resistant glass and TV-out support.

  • The N86 also provides access to the Nokia Music Store and supports N-Gage games.

  • The latest version of Nokia Maps and full Ovi integration are both included.

  • It also has a fast mechanical shutter that is intended to produce pictures with less motion blur.

  • Nokia's latest addition to its multimedia NSeries is the N86. The Nokia N86 features an 8-megapixel camera with wide-angle Carl Zeiss optics.

  • The Nokia N86 lacks a Xenon flash, instead using a dual LED flash. However it does offer automatic aperture control.

  • The N86 has the same integrated kickstand seen on the Nokia N96. Opening the kickstand activates a photo slideshow, so you can also use the phone as a digital photo-frame.

  • The Nokia N86 comes with 8GB of internal memory which can be expanded with a microSD card slot that supports cards of up to 16GB.

  • Built-in GPS lets you to geotag your photos, and the phone also comes with a built-in compass and a trial subscription of turn-by-turn navigation for driving.

  • The device has a dual slider form factor, sliding up to reveal the keypad and down to reveal multimedia controls.
