Ajilon, SAS bolster strategic alliance in Western Australia
Perth, WA and Sydney – 08 February 2018: In a move that’s set to empower more Western Australian (WA) businesses with industry leading analytics solutions, Ajilon, one of Australia’s leading ICT consulting firms, and SAS, the leader in analytics, have signed a deal to bolster their long time partnership . The strategic move will also further strengthen both companies’ footprints in the region.
Ajilon has been a strategic partner of SAS since 2011, leveraging SAS’s next generation solutions to solve real business problems for its customers across Australia.
Harnessing Ajilon’s robust knowledge of the WA market, the strengthened alliance will see existing customers in the region have greater access to a larger suite of analytics offerings, as well as local expertise with specialised skillsets across a wide range of sectors and business needs.
Rafael Moyano, Ajilon Australia managing director, said, “This is an exciting development for Ajilon and a great opportunity to partner with a like-minded, innovative company such as SAS to further enhance the tools, insights and services afforded to our customers. At its core, the strengthened alliance will offer existing customers access to a significant and larger pool of resources with a deeper depth of industry knowledge and expertise specific to the WA region.”
Peter Hawkins, Ajilon Australia GM of Sales, Solutions and Innovation, added, “Ajilon has a successful Analytics practice; we are confident the deal will enable us to take our offerings to the next level and ultimately, better service customers in WA. By tapping into our skilled consultants, coupled with SAS’ pre-built solutions platform, we look forward to helping more businesses uncover and unlock meaningful insights, to enable more informed decision-making.”
Under the new arrangement, Ajilon will be SAS’ preferred partner to service commercial customers in WA on a user lifecycle basis, and provide skilled resources to government customers. SAS currently operates across a wide array of sectors including resources, energy, utilities, education and government.
David Bowie, SAS Australia and New Zealand VP, said “This enhanced partnership with Ajilon will give our growing customer base in WA access to local expertise in all aspects of the analytics lifecycle, from data management through to advanced analytics and visualisation, empowering them to improve their business performance with analytically informed decisions”
