Hyland recognised as a Great Place To Work in Australia and Singapore

International employer ratings agency Great Place To Work has certified Hyland’s Australian and Singaporean headquarters, including them on a distinguished list of technology workplaces. The certification is current from June 2021 through to June 2022.

The Great Place To Work process involves an employee survey, followed by a comprehensive Culture Brief and finally a review on whether the organisation meets necessary criteria. In April, Hyland also was recognised as a worldwide leader in the Great Places To Work in Technology register.

Hyland is noted by the organisation for its employee-centric culture, which encourages work-life balance, gender equality, and general employee happiness, engagement and health.

Great Place to Work selected the leading technology firms by analysing responses from more than 220,000 employees within the technology industry at Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations. Employees responded to more than 60 survey questions and anonymously rated their employers.

The Best Workplaces in Technology stand out for creating great workplaces for all employees, regardless of position or other personal characteristics. Hyland has built a unique culture based on foundational core values that combine employees’ passion for technology and with a deep-rooted focus on customer care.

Eugene Chng, AVP for the APAC region at Hyland, said: “This certification is very important to us, at a time when the company is undergoing an evolution. We are growing in the APAC region following several strategic acquisitions, and have more employees, more resources and a diverse portfolio of content services solutions to offer. Workplace culture is absolutely central to everything we are building here, and our employees will always be the company’s number one asset.”
