IDC MarketScape Names Soprano Design a 'Major Player' in CPaaS 2021 Vendor Assessment

Soprano Design, a global communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) leader, has been named a ‘Major Player’ in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Communications Platform as a Service 2021 Vendor Assessment report.

May 7, 2021, Sydney – Soprano Design, a global communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) leader, has been named a ‘Major Player’ in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Communications Platform as a Service 2021 Vendor Assessment (doc #US46746221, April 2021) report. This recognition comes off the company’s prominent rise in growth and innovation while showcasing organisations’ needs for omnichannel communications and digital transformation to meaningfully interact with customers.

In February, Soprano launched the industry’s first Whole-Of Government CPaaS solution for entire country organisations to utilise comprehensive CPaaS capabilities across every department. Governments are now able to consolidate their existing G2C (government-to-citizen) services onto a single communications platform to better engage with their citizens.
