Local solutions provider Makes It Pay

E-commerce solution provider IT&e has been hailed channel partner of the year at Camtech's Making it Pay channel partner conference.
Busy celebrating its success on Friday night, IT&e are the developers and operators of Australia's number one e-commerce site, http://www.comsec.com.au, and was one of Australia's first ISPs to emerge in 1994.
Commerce Centre, which hosts e-business solutions for individual stores to virtual shopping malls, took the Visa Best Practice prize for offering merchants inexpensive opportunities to extend their businesses and grow their markets.
Product innovation was awarded to Logic Commerce.com whose e-commerce solutions enable users to make secure, real time, financial transactions across the Internet or any browser-based technology.
Buyitonline.com, the site which offers people the opportunity to purchase household goods online, won WAM Communications the boot packaged solution, while Direct One was named best payment portal.
High-profile web publisher Reality Mechanics, which provides services for BHP, the Australian Ballet and retailer David Jones, took out the Fastest Merchant Implementation, and Secure eHost was awarded best customer service. Secure eHost develops and hosts e-commerce websites that allow companies to accept, authenticate and fulfil product orders, allowing site owners to concentrate on their core business while Secure eHost takes care of their e-commerce.
The Camtech awards, held over two days, celebrate the high achievers from Camtech's 135 strong channel partner network.
