Bulletin: eServ prepares for ASX listing

Integrator eServ is set to list on the ASX at 12:30pm today with the intention of accelerating its acquisitions strategy.
The company's issue price is $1.00 and it will trade under the code ESV.eServ's CEO Ian Buddery told ARN in July the company is not looking to raise capital but scrip.
The company is an IT hardware and software services specialist with a long history with companies such as Sun Microsystems and Cisco.
It previously acquired integrators Uniq Professional Services, JPM Networks and C&W Optus spin-off Integrator, in addition to telco network software company G8 earlier this year.
