Specialist distributor DNA Connect has added cyber security vendor Malwarebytes to its product portfolio.
DNA Connect joins Cloud Distribution and New Zealand-based Soft Solutions in the local distribution stable and will have access to the complete range of cyber security solutions, including Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection, incident response and endpoint security.
“Malware dwell time is a significant issue for any organisation and re-imaging the infected endpoint is time consuming. Malwarebytes has changed this dynamic with protection, detection and remediation in one solution,” DNA Connect director Munsoor Khan said.
“Malwarebytes expands our security portfolio with endpoint protection in addition to SIEM, file, database and application protection, and DDoS.”
The new agreement signals further growth for Malwarebytes in Australia and as it aims to expand its footprint in the region, providing Australian partners, resellers and customers with greater access to products and support.
Malwarebytes A/NZ channel director Vikas Uberoy added the new deal aligned with its ‘channel first’ strategy and its pay-as-you-go MSP pricing offered attractive margins for the industry.
“With DNA Connect’s technology ecosystem, we are confident they are the right partner to help us achieve our mission of helping businesses lead a malware-free existence,” Uberoy said.
In November, Malwarebytes, revealed its new managed service provider (MSP) program specifically aimed at the A/NZ market, offering multi-tiered competitive pricing with significant margins on the line.
Its pay-as-you-go pricing model is based on actual usage, which means partners can avoid high upfront costs and scale in line with their business growth.
