Digital operations management platform provider PagerDuty has unveiled its new partner program as it aims to expand its market reach and partner ecosystem.
The program is open to resellers, system integrators and technology partners intent on driving greater use of the platform to organisations looking to migrate operations to the cloud, scale DevOps and optimise their incident resolution lifecycle.
PagerDuty head of Asia Pacific and Japan David Wall said the company is rapidly expanding in Australia and New Zealand across all verticals.
“Launching our reseller program represents a great opportunity for PagerDuty to explore new channel opportunities in the region,” Wall said.
It also provides enablement resources to partners, dedicated sales and technical training programs.
Avocado Consulting, CPT Global, Data#3, GlinTech, JDS Australia, Service Dynamics (NZ), SoftwareONE, and Vibrato are among some of the partners already taking part in the program.
“Our focus is to deliver IT and enterprise service management solutions that automate service delivery and support processes, improve business process efficiency, reduce operating costs, and drive a superior customer experience. Becoming a PagerDuty partner enhances our total value proposition,” New Zealand-based Service Dynamics executive general manager, Phil Venables, said.
Avocado Consulting CEO, Gerardo Barranquero, said the combination of PagerDuty with its other technologies, were a complementary fit, providing a compelling set of technologies to its customer base.
PagerDuty’s platform enables businesses to prevent and resolve critical incidents and problems through using advanced analytics and machine learning, turning any digital signal into real-time insights and action at scale.
Vibrato CEO, Peter Gatt, added that as a highly specialised automation and DevOps consultancy, it was very specific about offering technologies that will benefit its projects.
GlinTech director and founder, Dimitri Spyridopoulos, said PagerDuty formed a critical part of its platform to help solve problems for its large business clients.
In November, JDS Australia secured a project with betting and gaming agency, William Hill Australia after a competitive evaluation and proof of concept to replace its legacy applications. The agency’s use of PagerDuty Digital Operations Management Platform, will help deliver 100 percent availability of its online betting services.
“Incidents happen, every business knows that, but with PagerDuty as an integral partner in our digital and cloud journey, we have the technology to pre-empt and manage how we respond to them,” William Hill Australia head of infrastructure and operations, Alan Alderson, said at the time.
Wall added that providing full stack visibility, machine learning and actionable insights, PagerDuty helps organisations like William Hill proactively mobilise people and resolve issues across IT, DevOps, security and support teams.
