Tquila ANZ and Amicus Digital have signed an exclusive strategic alliance in Australia, leveraging specialist expertise to provide multi-cloud solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Terms of the partnership will see the coming together of Tquila’s multi-cloud skill set, alongside Amicus Digital’s in Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
“Over the last year, Tquila has been focused on setting strong foundations for growth actively expanding our capabilities across all areas of the business enabling us to help our customers on their digital transformation journeys,” Tquila ANZ CEO Jo Masters said.
“Combining Amicus Digital's leadership in marketing cloud solutions with Tquila's core skill sets and depth and breadth of expertise in multi-cloud will undoubtedly make us a powerhouse in the Salesforce eco-system.
“The sky’s the limit and, together, we’ll aspire to become the leading multi-cloud go-to-partner in Australia.”
Headquartered in Sydney, with presence in Brisbane and Melbourne, Tquila ANZ operates as a Platinum Consulting Partner, designing, building and managing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Alongside Salesforce, the business also specialises in DocuSign, Skuid and MuleSoft technologies, and recently appointed Janet Michie to the newly created position of Telstra channel manager in Australia.
Meanwhile, Amicus Digital - founded in 2015 - is a Gold Consulting Partner, becoming the fastest growing Salesforce Marketing Cloud partner in Australia during the past two years.
Specifically, the start-up offers expertise across consulting and advisory, technical delivery and implementation, alongside training, enablement and on-boarding.
“Our decision to partner with Tquila combines Amicus Digital’s experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Tquila’s Salesforce capabilities,” Amicus Digital managing director Blair Cooke added.
“This makes it far simpler for the customers we collaborate on to access proven expertise across all areas of the Salesforce platform and achieve value far quicker. The fact we share similar values and culture only strengthens the experience we will deliver together.”
The alliance follows the recent recruitment of Telstra and icare as the first Australian Salesforce customers to access the Salesforce Customer Success Platform in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Sydney region.
Revealed during the Salesforce World Tour in Sydney in March, terms of the partnership will see the software giant leverage AWS to deliver the Salesforce Intelligent Customer Success Platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Community Cloud and Analytics Cloud nationwide.
“In our last quarter, APAC was the fastest-growing region for Salesforce, and we’re excited to expand our infrastructure footprint to support our rapidly growing customer base in Australia,” Salesforce Asia Pacific General Manager, Mark Innes said at the time.
“By leveraging the AWS Cloud, we will be able to deliver the secure, reliable and trusted services of our Intelligent Customer Success Platform locally.”
