Chris Trevitt and Nicholas Lambrou have departed Hewlett Packard Enterprise, in a major round of internal changes to the vendor’s Australian channel team.
ARN can exclusively reveal that Trevitt has exited his role as director of channel and SMB for South Pacific, with Lambrou also leaving his position, as manager of partners across South Pacific.
As a result, Pat Devlin - South Pacific manager of distribution & SMB - and Kachmi Reynaldo - South Pacific manager of channel strategy and operations will lead the business, reporting to Stephen Bovis, managing director South Pacific, until permanent replacements have been identified.
“Our valued Channel Partners are critical to our success, this is not a change to our strategy, we will continue to Engage, Win and Grow with each of you,” an internal HPE memo to partners - seen by ARN - read.
“If you would like any clarification or guidance through this period please reach out to your Partner Business Manager.”
In taking over from Kaaren Lewis, Trevitt joined HPE in March 2016, following 11 years at EMC, of which the final two years were spent running the vendor’s channel across Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to EMC, Trevitt spent seven years as account manager at IBM, focusing on the SMB sector.
“I thoroughly enjoyed my time with HPE and firmly believe they have the right strategy for success,” Trevitt told ARN.
“We made enormous progress transforming our Indirect GTM, and in many respects I feel my job is done. I enjoy building and transforming businesses and I look forward to my next opportunity.”
