National reseller, Viatek Technologies, has forged a strategic partnership with enterprise information management software company, M-Files.
As per the terms of the partnership, Viatek will deliver M-Files’ enterprise information management (EIM) and quality management (QM) system solutions to the Australian market.
M-Files integrates with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Dynamics; Salesforce CRM; SAP; NetSuite; Autodesk AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT; Autotask; Sage; Lotus Notes and other business applications and is available in on-premise, cloud and hybrid deployment options.
M-Files A/NZ alliances and partner director, Nicholas Delaveris, said this partnership will enable the company to grow its presence in the A/NZ region.
“It will allow M-Files to expand in regions where we have identified there is a need for our EIM solutions and ensure we continue to deliver customer experience and innovative solutions in a timely manner,” he told ARN.
Delaveris said the partnership with Viatek was inked as it complements its business objectives for the A/NZ region.
“Viatek combines local presence with a professional national team. Its core values and commitment to innovation and technology align with the M-Files vision of changing the way the world manages information," he said.
Delaveris added that the relationship took shape when it reached out to Viatek as a result of its quality and reach in Australia.
“With Viatek's presence and capability and M-Files’ EIM solution, we realised we could deliver substantial value to customers in this region," he said.
“We understood the importance of focusing on the customer and ensuring we delivered solutions at the right price point.
"We also aim to provide solutions to a wide range of vertical industries and carry a successful heritage in the wholesale, retail and manufacturing industries."
Viatek national solutions manager, Sam Raffaele, said the M-Files partnership is strategic to its business as M-Files enables it to deliver enterprise grade solutions to SMBs in regional Australia on a transactional user pay model.
“M-Files is the key enabler that transforms our solution offerings from bespoke point solutions into end-to-end solutions," he said.
"We can now delive back office automation, paperless office and information management hosted on one platform via the cloud.
"Viatek has 6000 SMBs as customers. Most SMBs don’t have the scale to invest in enterprise solutions. M-Files enables our customers’ to benefit from our investments and only pay for what they use,” Raffaele added.
He also said the partnership is key to the company’s transformation as it builds on its business process solutions unit.
“We see this contributing to 30 per cent year-on-year growth over the next five years.”
According to Delaveris, M-Files plans to appoint more partners in Australia.
“We're actively seeking to expand our partner network across the A/NZ market," he added.
"We are also keen to speak with consulting organisations and those who see the opportunity to complement their existing portfolio with M-Files."
