ADDCOM scores Yealink distribution deal

Extends telecommunications, UC and collaboration partnership

Sydney-based ADDCOM Contact Solutions has been appointed the authorised distributor of Yealink video collaboration solutions in Australia.

ADDCOM managing director, Craig Alverez, said the company had not traditionally been in the video conferencing space and the partnership would help its resellers target the growing small to medium business (SMB) collaboration market.

“We are excited by the partnership because the solutions we are now able to offer are targeted to SMB and that is the biggest growth area in the space,” he said.

Yealink executive vice president, Stone Lu, said, “We are looking forward to developing a long-term partnership with ADDCOM who are have a proven track record of selling high-quality telecommunications solutions in the APAC region. They are committed to promoting our video collaboration solution and we believe they will be a beneficial partner for us”.

ADDCOM had previously offered Yealink’s range of IP phones locally and the agreement will increase the range of products the firm has on offer from the vendor.

The company’s product portfolio consists of headsets and accessories, amplifiers, business phones and accessories, conference phones, PC accessories, audio and video conferencing solutions, IP networking solutions, Intelligent Gateways and digital recording equipment.
