The little steam engine that is ARN has capped off the year with a string of wins at the seventh annual Bell Awards for Publishing Excellence.
The wins included one of the most prestigious awards for the night — Business Writer of the Year, which went to Georgina Swan for her work in ARN and its sister publication, Channel X, as well as the Best Product Information Series award, which ARN took out for the third time in four years.
Former ARN news editor Richard Noone was runner-up in the Business Writer of the Year category for his contribution to ARN and Channel X, while Agnes King was highly commended for her “What One.Tel won’t tell” story in Channel X.
Channel X also finished a runner-up in the Best Single Print Issue and Best Single Issue Graphic Design of the year. And ARNNet was highly commended for Best Online Product.n
