2015 will bring greater innovation into our channel program with greater rewards for loyal partners as well as new market opportunities from additional features, capabilities and financial models. Providing converged solutions will allow our partners to maintain their trusted advisor status with their customers but also offer them best of breed solutions to address the needs of deploying hybrid cloud solutions.
2. Key technology for 2015
Flash is definitely a hot topic as it’s still the driving force behind the disruption of legacy storage providers, so we’ll continue to invest in our flash storage platform to provide superior performance, efficiency and data management capabilities. Cloud is a significant part our strategy going forward, having the right technology allowing our customers to build their own private cloud and/or integrate with existing cloud providers is high on the agenda.
3. Key message to the channel for 2015
The industry has evolved dramatically over the last few years, innovation and a thirst for new approaches is outpacing what legacy solution providers are delivering today. Do the right thing by your customer and expose them to these new ways of solving their challenges.
4. Key warning to the channel for 2015
There is no room for complacency, embrace new technologies and look for new market opportunities. The days of delivering complex infrastructure solutions and related services have disappeared with new organisations offering customer simpler and more scalable solutions.
5. Key to your company’s success in 2015
Backing the right resellers and holding strong partnerships with our channel community and alliances has been a part of the formula to our success to date. The other is having superior technology with a focus on customer satisfaction. If we can continue to work hard on these we’ll see great success beyond 2015.
