Cloud IT management software vendor Kaseya has announced its top A/NZ MSP partners for 2014.
Code Blue, CNS, centreREDIT and Datacom were the big winners, as each of these companies achieved 'outstanding results across several areas and demonstrated particular success in revenue growth, business value generated for their customers and their progressive use of Kaseya solutions throughout 2014,' the company said in a statement.
“Our annual MSP Partner awards are an opportunity to recognise the incredible depth of skill and experience of these companies, and the success that they’ve achieved in growing their businesses and that of their customers.
It is great to have valuable partners like these who further strengthen the message about Kaseya’s leading innovations in the IT management market,” said Kaseya’s APAC director of channels, Kellie Hackney.
Kiwi firm Code Blue took out the main award, ANZ Partner of the Year, in recognition of its 'outstanding service commitment'.
“Our leading market position today reflects our success in achieving that goal and Kaseya has been a critically important enabler in our journey," said Code Blue's founder and MD, Ken Davis.
“Kaseya has been a consistent innovator developing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
"We make big bets on Kaseya and our investment continues to be rewarded by CodeBlue’s reputation for the highest customer satisfaction metrics in our industry.”
CNS and centreREDIT were joint winners of the Innovation Partner of the Year award.
New Zealand based CNS services SME, mid-market and enterprise level organisations.
CentreREDIT focuses on corporate and not-for-profit organisations in Melbourne and Canberra.
“Kaseya has allowed us to improve our ticket resolution processes and provides us with a level of customer visibility and interaction that was not possible before," said centreREDIT's company director, Ken Forster.
Finally, Datacom, was named Kaseya’s 2014 Emerging Partner of the Year. Kaseya picked up the MSP’s Cloud monitoring platform in June 2014.
