Beauty and gift retailer, Crabtree & Evelyn Australia, has deployed 25 OKI multi-function printers spanning across its Victorian head office and retail stores.
The new printers replace a variety of makes and models and aim to simplify printer management and consumables.
The printers were purchased from Victorian print and copying technology specialist, Digital Document Solutions, who are also maintaining them.
The OKI ES4191 multi-function printers are being used by the stores for scanning, copying and printing reports, motivational information, correspondence and other material.
Crabtree & Evelyn IT assistant, Dale Gladman, said the decision to stick with one make and model has given the IT department the ability to provide better first line support.
“By standardising on the OKI printers, we know what model we will be dealing with and the consumables we need to provide for every store,” he said.
