Interactive Intelligence names Oper8 as new Queensland partner

Interactive Intelligence Group has named Oper8 as Its latest channel partner.
The software and services provider said local knowledge and experience were influential in selection of Oper8 as a partner. The partnership is said to offer an opportunity for Interactive Intelligence to extend its reach into the Queensland public and private sectors.
Oper8 channel and account manager, Tony Riley, said Interactive Intelligence was the perfect partner to form a long-term partnership with.
“They have a refreshing, market leading and dynamic approach to the contact centre, Unified Communications and business process automation market which in turn will help our clients expand their pipelines through increased sales and marketing opportunities.”
Interactive Intelligence vice president Japan, Australia and New Zealand, Brendan Maree, said the firm was excited to have Oper8 as a partner.
