Value-added distributor, Express Data, has entered a deal with Samsung Electronics to help it grow further into the enterprise and SMB space in Australia.
“Samsung has a strong focus on building its Enterprise business in Australia and our business relationship with Express Data is another step towards expanding our presence in the market,” said Samsung Australia director enterprise and SMB, Andre Obradovic. The company will look to work with Express Data's channel partners.
Express Data director of vendors and marketing, Peter Masters, said, "Express Data is delighted to be entering this new partnership with a technology innovator such as Samsung. They are a great complementary fit with our established channel.”
The deal complements Express Data’s growing range of vendors in the Cloud, mobility and virtualisation space.
“There are great synergies between Samsung and our current vendor partnerships including Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix and Good Technologies. We believe there is a huge market potential for Express Data to assist our partners to capitalise on the demand for cloud and enterprise mobility solutions,” Masters said.
Express Data will initially distribute Samsung tablets, thin clients, laptops and display product ranges but will look to expand as the vendor continues to grow within the Enterprise and SMB space.
