Ninefold adds Majoran Distillery to Cloud Booster Program

Partnership to provide Majoran Distillery members will localised Cloud-based environment and support

Australian public Cloud computing and Cloud storage company, Ninefold, has signed Majoran Distillery to its Cloud Booster Program, which is a nationwide strategy aimed at fostering innovation to accelerate the growth of Australian Web-based start-ups.

Majoran Distillery is a not-for-profit co-working space for Adelaide’s technology community.

“[Majoran Distillery] provide a powerful network of mentors which, combined with Ninefold’s Cloud technology services, will contribute to the launch of many innovative ventures from South Australia,” Ninefold chairman and co-founder, Peter James, said.

As part of the program, members can benefit from a locally owned Cloud-based environment run from Australian datacentres, resulting low latency and local support. The localisation also eliminates international governance issues.

Additionally, Majoran Distillery members will receive $300 per month credit for Ninefold’s Cloud services for up to a year. This includes technical sales consultation to assist with the setup of accounts.

“Our local presence means that we can help to cut out the red-tape for these entrepreneurs, allowing them to focus on developing their ideas and establishing a business,” James said.

Majoran Distillery join a list of 14 other Ninefold partners in the Cloud Booster Program.
