Hosted voice and data communications services provider, MyNetFone, has named Tony Poulson and Amanjit Sahota as business development managers for its enterprise and government teams to strengthen growth in the two sectors.
Poulson, who joins MyNetFone as Tasmanian business development manager to be based in Hobart, is responsible for leveraging the company’s VoIP project for the Tasmanian government in order to grow MyNetFone’s market share across all business types in the state. He is also tasked with maximising its Tasmanian infrastructure investment.
“Poulson is a very passionate Tasmanian, and we’re excited to announce our on-the-ground presence in the state with his appointment,” MyNetFone CEO, Rene Sugo, said. “Having worked extensively with local businesses and government bodies, he will help large organisations to develop communications solutions that meet their specific needs.”
Before MyNetFone, Poulson worked at Total Communications in Hobart as state sales manager. He has also held senior roles at Telstra and Macquarie Telecom.
Sahota, in his role as enterprise business development manager, will focus on developing new enterprise and government opportunities across Australia to lay the foundation for MyNetFone’s national expansion.
He will also work to grow the company’s channel partner ecosystem in the corporate market.
Sahota has over 20 years’ experience in the ICT industry, having worked at Cubic Resources, Kajaro, and Logitek throughout his career.
