Residents in Western Australia have been given another option when it comes to high speed broadband, with Westnet announcing a rollout of ADSL2+ services.
As part of the rollout, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Bluff Point and Katanning are the first towns in regional WA to receive network upgrades over the next six months.
“By teaming one of our broadband2+ plans with our Netphone service, you’ll get cheaper phone calls, useful technology, better performance, better customer service and fast, reliable internet in one package,” Westnet CEO, Michael Malone, said in a statement.
Westnet was founded in Geraldton in 1994. It was wholly acquired by iiNet for $81 million in 2008.
