ComOps has launched an alliance program
Business software and service provider, ComOps, has launched a new alliance program.
Sales and marketing director, Cameron Brown, said the program consisted of three levels – solution, services and distribution.
"The program allows them to work with ComOps to take onboard our business intelligence solution as part of their product,” he said.
The solution level was designed for partners that were developing applications and had an area of expertise, but didn’t know how to build business intelligence around it, Brown said.
The services level is for professional services organisations that are looking to work with software vendors, like ComOps to implement software.
At the distribution partner level, Brown said the company would look for organisations that were able to sell and support ComOps solutions into the market.
“We’ve got several solution partners in Australia that are using our business intelligence solution as an add-on to their products,” Brown said.
The program also involves partner training schemes, improved resources and support, as well as partner rewards.
“We’ve got a better infrastructure behind us now and we’re willing to work with partners in joint marketing and provide the right support,” he said.
The vendor also wants to increase its partner network. It has six partners in Australia and wants to add another 10 in the next 12 months that have domain expertise in areas such as mobility solutions, Brown said.
“We’re looking for people with expertise in business intelligence, enterprise resource planning, work force management and occupational health and safety,” he said.
