Impact Systems has revamped its website to improve functionality and reseller services.
Managing director, Peter Agamalis, said the beta site was currently being tested by several of its resellers. It would be fully launched in June. Some new features included an online ordering and a quoting system to allow resellers to manage and conduct all quotes online.
"With all these new features online, it frees up our time in sales. We will try and educate our customers to go through it from here onwards," he said. "They are going to have access to a complete package of tools and services that will enable them to increase their business and sales revenue."
The site will also include a dedicated product specials page, marketing modules and a tutorial training segment.
"The marketing module will allow resellers to use and attach templates to our products, including their company logo and details, for their customer base," he said. "The benefit of that is to help small and medium resellers access product content without too much fuss."
Agamalis is also looking to run incentives on the site such as product, cash and holiday giveaways.
"We want to attract more resellers and we aim to have more product and vendors on-board in the next few months that will suit all types," he said.
