High quality consumables from Celcast

Celcast has released new double-sided coated inkjet papers at a price competitive with single-sided papers.
According to Celcast, the market has been slow to find out about coated papers in general, but now sales are "really taking off". Double-sided coated papers are marketed for use in presentations, as users can produce high quality pages for insertion in presentation folders and they can economise by printing on both sides of the page.
Other benefits cited include superior clarity, contrast and brightness compared to normal photocopy grade stock papers, and the advantage that colours will not run.
According to Celcast managing director Ken Burke, the market for coated papers is "booming in line with the sales of colour inkjet printers, but only a fraction of potential users are purchasing the coated papers because they don't know about the benefits".
Burke claims that the demand for coated papers will increase with the increasing popularity of digital photography. He predicts that users "will be able to take care of all their personal photographic needs at home or in the office".
The RRP of double-sided coated paper for a pack of 100 sheets is $30, which is the old single-sided paper price. Single-sided papers are now selling for $20 per 100 sheets.
Celcast has announced that A3 coated paper will soon be available, for printing double-sided colour brochures in the workplace.
