Solution 6 and PC DOCS to merge?

Only two weeks after announcing the $2.1 million purchase of PKF Technology software group, the cashed up accounting software vendor Solution 6 has outlined a proposal to acquire Canadian software company PC DOCS Group International.
The net worth of the deal will be determined by the price of PC DOCS shares at the time of contract signing. At the moment, 4.35 of Solution 6 shares, traded at ASX for approximately $1.67 each, can buy one share of the NASDAQ listed PC DOCS Group.
Solution 6 officials claim that a merger between two companies would create one of the world's largest document management solution providers.
The proposal is currently awaiting PC DOCS' approval and would have to be subject to review of Canadian securities and tax laws.
