Toshiba Australia has announced the release of new notebooks in its three ranges - Portege, Satellite and Tecra.
Announcing new models of notebooks across the entire range, Laurie White, product marketing manager for Toshiba (Australia) Information System Division, described the new features: "The Tecra series had been expanded with the Tecra 8000. Its long product lifecycle is perfectly suited for corporate and government users, and it protects their hardware investment over time."
The newest in the Portege Series is the 3110, which according to White is ideal for frequent flyers who need portability without losing the functionality of a desktop.
White said that Toshiba is especially excited about the latest range in the Satellite Series.
"We are fully supportive of DVD technology and endorse it as an industry standard," he explained. Toshiba has now integrated this into its Satellite 2590XDVD and Satellite 4100XDVD models.
All new models are reported to be available in stock and shipping.
