Camtech unveils CRM plans

Camtech has launched a new CRM system on the eve of its first channel partner conference dubbed "Making it Pay", in a move to boost its e-business offerings.

The eTouchpoint solution is developed by Melbourne-based CRM specialist Streamline Solutions and will enable Camtech to effectively integrate the extensive components of its e-business value chain, which includes banks, channel partners and online merchants.

The new CRM system offers enhanced customer management for channel partners, enabling them to deal with customer inquires through a central point as well as view and update customer progress.

"Everyone has talked about the need to be customer-centric, but no one else has pulled it together to include eBiz, eCRM and ERP integration," Andrew Weller of Camtech says. "We can enable a personalised shopping experience from start to finish."
