Agate Technology has announced it has signed AWA Technology Services to provide outsourced customer service and support in a move designed to improve reseller support.
AWA offers computer hardware maintenance on a national level making it an ideal partner for Agate when it comes to the maintenance of Intel white box servers. The company reports the deal means Agate, the storage-focussed arm of Siltek Asia Pacific, will be able to offer the same level of service as leading vendors.
Resellers have a choice of three levels of service. The top option offers 24 x 7 availability with a four hour guaranteed response time.
Meanwhile, Siltek last week announced its dealer of the year awards at its annual reseller conference on Hamilton Island.
