Financial software devel-oper Great Plains is further strengthening its commitment to the channel appointing two new faces to implement new strategies and programs for the company's resellers.
Chris Jones will take on the position of regional channel manager for Australia and New Zealand while Deborah Manos will assume the role of customer loyalty manager.
Jones will focus on the delivery of sales and marketing services for Great Plains' eEnterprise range, a new product line that he anticipates will establish the developer in the enterprise space. `We are trying to bring together the front and back ends of e-commerce applications,' he said.
Great Plains will also launch its ePartner program, which is designed to bring together new specialists and products as well as retraining existing partners in the nuances of e-commerce.
Manos will use Great Plains' PartnerSource software to collect and analyse information on customers and partners, as well as products.
This information will then be used to determine particular marketing strategies and support concerns, especially for Great Plains' smaller partners.
