Rising listed services star Volante Group yesterday announced its third acquisition for 2000, value-added reseller Connections.
Connections reportedly had revenues of $46 million for fiscal 1999 from its consulting and network integration services group, which is focused on government business. It also offers software development solutions from the likes of Sun and Citrix.
Wayne Morris, Volante Group's managing director, said in a statement that Connections complements Volante's e-procurement systems strategy.
The value of the deal was not disclosed.
