The new partnerships increase the company’s total number of OEM partnerships to more than 360 worldwide.

“We are thrilled that some of the world’s leading organisations have chosen to partner with Crystal Decisions to deliver our award-winning enterprise reporting solutions to their customers,” said Rob Zalums, Managing Director, Crystal Decisions, Australia and New Zealand. “These strategic partnerships are instrumental to our continued growth and success, and to the success of our customers. We are committed to further strengthening our OEM partnerships in FY 2004.”

Timely access to the right information will help our customers gain a competitive advantage in their respective markets. The combination of Honeywell and Crystal Decisions delivers demonstrated value to our customers and will contribute to our joint success.”
“CRM is moving beyond just collecting customer information and reporting on it to sophisticated customer analytics that can turn that information into knowledge, which is why we’re pleased to include Crystal Decisions’ reporting tools in both our desktop and web portal products,” said Tom Bennett, CTO, Maximizer Software Inc. “With Crystal Reports we are giving our customers a powerful tool to analyse and report on the customer information in their CRM solution. This means they will know more about what their customers want right now and can better anticipate what they will want in the future.”

“As a provider of world-class, carrier-grade telecommunications applications, TCS knows the value of Reporting to the products we deliver to our customers,” said Reuben Hart, Vice President of Platform Development for TCS. “After evaluating the leading packages on the market, TCS selected Crystal Decisions’ Crystal Reports as the standard reporting package for all of our applications.
