NaSa Multimedia Technology has created a new laser duplicator capable of burning up to seven CDs or DVDs simultaneously. The NaSa Laser 1 to 7 DVD-R/CDR Duplicator will be aimed at organisations needing high-capacity DVD media for applications including video, medical imaging and long-term data storage. The combination recordable tower system features seven Pioneer 105 DVD burners and can manage writing speeds of 4x for DVD and 16x for CD. The vendor estimates it can burn full 4.7GB DVD-Rs in around 15 minutes. The system is standalone, with an optional removable hard drive, so no PC or software is required to operate it. Other features include multiple cooling fans, rugged casing and a ‘user-friendly one-button operation’ interface. Available from NaSa.
