The original owners of Daisytek Australia’s Queensland arm, the Bolton family, have bought back the business in a deal sealed on Friday.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, came as part of the liquidation of the failed supplies distributor.
The family sold the business to Daisytek two years ago.
Daisytek’s Queensland staff were notified of the deal on Friday.
Brothers Marcus and Jason Bolton had stayed on as Daisytek employees, although they both parted ways with the company during the administration proceedings.
