Leading Edge Computer Group has joined the Acer Diamond Partner Program, granting more than local 100 local resellers access to the vendor's latest offerings, including access to rebates, sales tool kits and training, marketing development funds and more.
As part of the partnership, Leading Edge’s 105 independent resellers will have access to Acer solutions, including notebooks, desktop computers, workstations and servers.
Arvine Quizon, category manager for computing, cloud and mobile technology at Leading Edge Group, said he is excited to be working with Acer.
“We identified a clear gap in our product offering and having access to Acer’s devices enables us to better align with and meet our customer needs. We’re already seeing the benefits of this particularly in the commercial and education sectors where Acer has a strong foothold,” Quizon said.
Greg Mikaelian, general manager of channels and marketing at Acer added that Leading Edge’s member base across Australia is “impressive and diverse” and Acer could tap into the Group’s regional presence and relationships in SMB, local government and education business sectors.
“Acer and its distributors will be working closely with Leading Edge Computer Group to help them achieve their desired outcomes across all key activities, whether it’s for a tender, new marketing initiatives or building customised server and workstation solutions for customers at our facilities here in Homebush West,” Mikaelian said.
Leading Edge’s inclusion is the 35th member to join up with the Acer Diamond Partner Program, which was first announced in February 2019 and launched in April 2019
Through the program, Acer partners will have access to rebates, sales tool kits and training, events, marketing development funds, discounts for demonstration models, customer evaluations, limited-time tender access and exclusive supply rights for given opportunities.
