British cloud contact centre firm BeCloud has enlisted Melbourne-based Oracle partner Ekulus to launch its suite of products in Australia and New Zealand.
The exclusive deal will see the London-based BeCloud launch its telephony and CRM solutions via Ekulus’ Oracle Service Cloud, rather than as a standalone product through the traditional distributor route.
Offering products from a software call centre, contact centre-as-a-service (CCaaS), CRM/CX as a service and integration-platform-as-a-service (IPaaS), BeCloud also has two offices in Italy, alongside the London headquarters.
The partnership with Ekulus will mark the vendor’s first route into the Australia and New Zealand market, as well as the wider Asia Pacific region.
Massimo Triggiani, CEO of BeCloud Solutions, said he hoped the deal would enable the company to increase its footprint among large international companies and boost “the number of customers who rely on [them]”.
Meanwhile, Ekulus claimed it can now deliver “the most complete cloud-based omni-channel solution on Oracle Service Cloud”.
This includes voice, email, SMS, social, chat and web, which Ekulus described as helping reduce adoption and implementation time concurrently.
“The partnership with BeCloud Solutions expands our comprehensive set of Oracle Cloud offerings to deliver a complete and modern customer engagement platform,” said Ekulus director Marcelo Scalia.
“With BeCloud Solutions we can now deliver a fully-featured voice channel solution pre-integrated with Oracle CX Cloud suite and significantly accelerate time to market in delivering customer-centred solutions to Australian businesses.”
