Amazon Web Services (AWS) partner and platform provider Versent has partnered with Insentra, creating a complete offering for businesses requiring both AWS and Microsoft managed services support.
Insentra CEO, Ronnie Altit, said its business was focused on forming strong strategic partnerships, seeing the alignment of skills and global footprint as complementary with Versent. Insentra has more than 300 channel partnerships across Australia, New Zealand, the US and UK.
Versent came to the table with five AWS competencies and two in Stax covering MSP, DevOps, migration, solution provider and security.
Insentra meanwhile has six Microsoft Gold competencies, plus capabilities in Citrix, Symantec, Veritas and Red Hat.

Versent CEO and founder, Thor Essman, reiterated that Versent will continue to be an exclusive AWS partner, but its customers however, were seeking support to cross the boundaries of multi-cloud Infrastructure as-a-Service (IaaS) and Software as-a-Service (SaaS).
“That is why Versent and Insentra are perfectly matched in this partnership,” Essman said.
Versent general manager for managed services, Dean Robinson, added customers now needed more than just a remote support function.
“They need real humans that understand their business and are a physical presence, not an unknown voice at the end of a phone or email address," he said.
