This network access control system is designed to manage authentication, authorisation and accounting for wired and wireless users. Co-ordinating layer 2, 3 and 4 operations, of the DSA-3100 multi-function network security device features include station isolation, traffic management and network policy enforcement. An accounting facility can be deployed in commercial networks or hotspots to collect resource consumption data for the purpose of trend analysis, capacity planning, auditing and cost allocation. The DSA-3100 is capable of managing data from up to 250 user accounts through an internal database and supports up to 50 online users.
