Pizza Pan Group, the Australian master franchisee for Pizza Hut, has selected Dragontail Systems to streamline its restaurant and delivery operations.

As part of the agreement, the Melbourne-based software vendor will roll out its Algo and drivers platform technologies, which works as a dispatch system that automates the kitchen flow combined with the process of dispatching drivers.

The deal covers all the 280 Pizza Hut stores in Australia with the deployment happening in separate phases.

Firstly, the publicly-listed company will roll out its softwares to the equity stores followed by the continued deployment in "most" stores.

This is the first deal of this kind with the brand locally, however Dragontail has a longstanding relationship with Pizza Hut globally, including Pizza Hut Singapore and Pizza Hut Canada.

Recently, Pizza Hut Canada named Algo as its brand standard solution, by signing a unique agreement designating Dragontail's technology as the brand mandated product for all Pizza Hut stores in Canada.

Dragontail was established in 2013 listing on the Australian Securities Exchange on December 2016.

The company has two subsidiaries, on in the US and one in Israel.
