MobileIron vice president for sales across Asia Pacific Frédéric Gillant has left the company after seven months in the role.
Gillant, who was previously ShoreTel regional vice president for Asia Pacific, took on the role with the mobile device management vendor in May and was based in Singapore.
"Frédéric is an experienced Asia Pacific sales leader, with a depth of experience and strong relationships in the region," MobileIron senior vice president worldwide sales Greg Randolph said at the time of his appointment.
MobileIron has confirmed Gillant's departure to ARN and said his departure has minimal impact on MobileIron's A/NZ team and operations.
He had previously worked for Schneider Electric in France and across APAC. He also spent almost seven years at Logica, now a CGI company, and worked for Compuware, T-Systems and Orange Business Services.
Recently appointed country manager for Australia and New Zealand, Tass Melissinos retains the responsibility for the vendor’s overall strategy, business operations and revenues for the region. He is also in charge of managing the company’s presence in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney.
Melissinos was appointed in November, three months after Henry La Motta left to join Menlo Security.
Melissinos joined from CA Technologies where he has been the vice president for API management solutions for APJ for almost two years.
