Data science software vendor ResponSight has launched a new channel program, alongside naming The Missing Link, Shearwater, SIEMonster, Aleron, Cyberaware and Gridware as its first six strategic partners.
ResponSight, which is based in Melbourne, provides early warning risk intelligence to enterprises, leveraging statistical metrics for measuring and assessing typical user behaviour, while not collecting or relying on personal or sensitive data.
The new program offers partner incentives, in-depth training, certification and enablement programs as well as professional services opportunities.
Specifically the program offers discounts to partners that achieve specific goals from the first sale, in addition to aligning with reseller expertise and go-to-market plans including joint marketing and selling.
Furthermore, key offerings include referral and reseller agreements, backed up by training and enablement certifications alongside co-marketing support and lead generation.
“The channel program was developed to meet the needs of ResponSight’s partners," said Jeff Paine, CEO of ResponSight.
"It’s important for us to provide partners with financial incentives and marketing support, as well as a streamlined framework around training and certifications to best service our customers together.
"We want to ensure the success of our partners in delivering the ability to measure risk like no one else can."
Paine said partners have the ability to generate high value and margin through a new revenue stream of professional services, while increasing strategic cyber security practices and offerings in the market.
ResponSight’s partners range from small consulting organisations with strong intelligence backgrounds and subject matter expertise, to traditional value-added resellers (VARs), managed security service providers (MSSP) and technology alliance partners.
“The Missing Link was asked by one of ‘the big four’ banks to partner with ResponSight on a specific security project," added Aaron Bailey, CISO at The Missing Link. "The ResponSight solution excelled and we have a great working relationship with their team.
"We now consider them a tier one partner of ours and they feature regularly in our security strategies for our banking, finance, legal and government clients."
Meanwhile, Shearwater Solutions chief strategy officer Shannon Lane added that ResponSight’s approach in analysing user behaviour through a mix of enhanced artificial intelligence, machine learning and endpoint hardware profiling techniques , enriches the data within its own Advanced SOC operation.
Furthermore, SIEMonster CEO Chris Rock highlighted the new partnership takes its security offering to the next level, providing the ability to offer better risk measuring that goes beyond traditional security solutions.
“We see a lot of value in this strategic partnership with ResponSight that will enable our team to provide a holistic security solution to customers,” Rock said.
In April, ResponSight closed a $2 million seed round led by Carthona Capital to support its next phase of growth, setting its sights on the overseas market.
The vendor's target market includes banking and finance; energy/utilities; government and professional services.
ResponSight was founded in 2015 and has offices in Sydney and Melbourne, employing about 15 staff.
