Lexmark has beefed up the responsibilities of its enterprise, corporate and government (ECG) marketing boss, Tim Champion, who now also heads up ECG business partner management and development across Australia and New Zealand.
Two new roles have been created to support Champion – a national supplies manager and a business partner development manager.
Applications were being considered last week for the roles, with appointments expected soon, Champion said.
Product marketing manager, Lloyd Darby, will assume responsibility of product marketing and management for Australia and New Zealand.
The new channel marketing structure replaces the national channel sales management, previously headed up by Karen Bokhnke prior to her departure to Canada on maternity leave.
Champion told ARN the new management structure would allow Lexmark to focus on its hardware sales, and make a concerted push into the medium-size enterprise market in concert with dealers.
