Telecommunications and mobility distributor VExpress Distribution has inked a new agreement with audio conferencing provider Konference.
VExpress will have access to the range of Konftel audio conferencing products. Konference is an authorised partner of the European audio conferencing vendor.
This is the second distribution deal that Konference has landed in the past month as it aims to ramp up its Australian market play. VExpress joins Westcon-Comstor in the distribution line-up.
VExpress general manager, David McEwen, said Konftel products are optimised and certified with most major unified communication platforms such as Avaya, Alcatel, Cisco, Broadsoft, Huawei and NEC.
“VExpress will continue to bring on vendor relationships that make sense to our resellers and add value to existing vendor relationships,” he said.
Partners will have access to sales, marketing and technical support and a locally-based support team.
Konference general manager, Adrian Chu, said the company was ramping up for a busy year ahead as it prepares to launch its first range of collaboration solutions of audio and video endpoints.
“This partnership just makes sense for us as we prepare for what looks like a busy year ahead for us,” Chu said. “Konftel will be launching their first-ever range of collaboration solutions of audio and video endpoints soon so this is great timing for us.
"These packages are compatible with a range of cloud-based collaboration tools, including Skype for Business, Zoom or any other service.
“This partnership will further strengthen the Konftel brand name in the market.”
