Electronics online reseller Android Enjoyed has once again topped the NSW Fair Trading monthly Complaints Register.
A total of 77 complaints were registered during May about Android Enjoyed, which is owned and operated by Digital Marketing and Solutions.
Another company from Digital Marketing and Solutions, Camera Sky, was also featured on the list again with the NSW Government receiving 31 complaints about its services.
In September 2016, Android Enjoyed was put on notice by NSW Fair Trading, with the regulator warning consumers not to deal with the company and its three online stores.
The May tally represents the fourth month running in which Android Enjoyed has topped NSW Fair Trading’s monthly complaints list.
NSW Fair Trading Commissioner Rose Webb said in April that while the agency is investigating what further action can be taken against the online stores and their parent company, it is important consumers continue to report problems.
In April, Android Enjoyed received 78 consumer complaints, up from 50 complaints in March and 45 in February.
Camera Sky received 34 complaints in April, up from 28 in March and 25 in February.
Apple and Kogan were third on the list, both receiving 27 complaints. Samsung Electronics was number seven with 23 complaints, with Harvey Norman following with 21 complaints.
The monthly complaints register tallies up businesses that have been the subject of 10 or more complaints to NSW Fair Trading during any given month.
Also on the list were The Good Guys, JB Hi Fi and LG Electronics.
