Nutanix has revealed new partner incentives for the channel, with the vendor expanding its standalone software license offerings with Dell EMC.
The new incentives include a rebate of up to five per cent for winning new Nutanix customers and a $3,000 per node, rebate for selling qualified Dell EMC XC core nodes with Nutanix software.
Nutanix Asia channel director, Jacob Pereira, said many of channel partners across Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ) were finding value in selling Nutanix Enterprise Cloud OS software and Dell EMC XC as a package deal.
“We’re confident the new incentives will encourage other partners in the region to see the value that combination coupled with their local expertise and guidance can bring to customers,” Pereira said.
The new incentives aim to encourage channel partners to promote the latest infrastructure solutions, helping customers take advantage of new enterprise cloud technologies.
“As the Nutanix Enterprise Cloud OS software continues to gain market traction as the next datacentre architecture, we want to provide channel sellers with additional reasons to view selling Nutanix as a core part of their portfolio,” Nutanix vice president of global channel sales, Rodney Foreman, said.
“With these new incentives, we eventually hope to expand our network of partners in the marketplace who know the value that Nutanix can bring to their customers.”
Nutanix is still on the hunt for a new managing director to head up its business on both sides of the Tasman, following the departure of Howard Fyffe, who left in February.
