Data analytics consultant, Finity, has scored access to the latest production release of IXUP’s platform in a bid to expand its analytics and service offerings in the market.

The news comes on the back of IXUP’s listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) after raising $12.5 million in an initial public offering (IPO).

As outlined in the prospectus, Finity will pay IXUP a fixed annual charge for access to the IXUP data collaboration platform, which facilitates the discovery of actionable insights that unlock the value of data. Some of its strategic partners include Microsoft, Dimension Data, KPMG and Empirics.

“We are pleased to deliver the production release of the latest IXUP Platform to our partner, Finity. We have worked in close collaboration with the Finity team over recent months and this milestone re-enforces the commitment we have to supporting our partners achieve their business objectives,” IXUP executive chairman, Tim Ebbeck, said.

Finity director, Aaron Cutter, added that clients were quickly moving towards greater use of collaboration to integrate data into their pricing, marketing and business decisions.

“Finity has led development and integration of machine learning across many leading Australian businesses and incorporating IXUP allows us to drive value creation from data,” Cutter said.

“Finity continues to expand its analytics, service and data offerings across industry verticals and the IXUP platform allows us and future data collaborators to integrate data in a secure, scalable manner as we broaden our reach.”

IXUP made a host of key hires in December, to help accelerate its growth in the market.

Former Versent business development manager, Tim Scott, was appointed as head of strategic engagements, while Anthony James, was brought on as chief marketing officer.

Rob Vass also joined the company as a business development manager and will take on the responsibility to drive the adoption of the IXUP platform with partners, particularly growing its relationship with Finity, Australia’s largest actuarial and analytical consulting firm.
