Wi-Fi-based real time location systems (RTLS) provider, AiRista Flow, is bolstering its presence in the local market after appointing Jerome Naidu as its new Asia Pacific regional manager.
Naidu will be based in Sydney in his new role. His appointment follows AiRista Flow's recent partnership with inTechnology Distribution in October. Naidu previously worked for Talent International, AEG Ogden, Tyco Retail Solutions and Pozzy Location Intelligence.
AiRista Flow develops and manufactures identification, track and trace solutions using passive, active, and semi-active RFID, RTLS, GPS, and other technologies.
“AiRista Flow have been the fastest growing RTLS vendor across the region and I’m here to assist and enhance that growth from a channel and end user perspective,” Naidu said.
AiRista Flow senior vice president, Bob Kennedy, said it plans to replicate its A/NZ success across the rest of the Asia Pacific region.
“We were looking for a strong entrepreneurial leader to head up the region and we have certainly found that person in Jerome,” Kennedy said.
In the coming months, AiRista Flow will launch its new partner program to cater for a cross section of the market including resellers, VARs, technology, services and OEM partners.
The program will feature a tiered model, incorporating Silver, Gold and Platinum levels. Each tier will be based on revenue and training requirements, rewarding partners who invest more in AiRista Flow.
The program also includes marketing and deal registration incentives as well as a soon-to-be launched revamped partner portal.
AiRista Flow will also introduce certification training and will look at holding quarterly roadshows across the region discussing the advancements in RTLS technology and how they can capitalise on that.
