Oakton, Morpht and Technocrat are among the latest suppliers to be named on the Federal Government’s recently established whole-of-government govCMS Drupal Services Panel.
The latest additions bring the total number of suppliers on the new procurement panel arrangement to 20, including names such as Acquia, Catalyst IT Australia and Bliss Media.
In late September the Government named the first suppliers to be appointed to the panel.
The Federal Department of Finance created the panel so that government agencies can buy Drupal services using simplified contract management arrangements.
Approved suppliers on the panel include small and medium enterprises and individuals with Drupal and govCMS expertise.
The procurement arrangement can also be used by agencies to help them build, maintain and support other Drupal websites that are not hosted by govCMS.
The Government put the call out to the local industry in December last year in its bid to populate the proposed new whole-of-government Drupal services procurement panel for its govCMS platform, issuing a request for tender.
Below is the full list of the latest round of partners to join the panel:
- Hind & Hind
- Oxide Interactive
- Doghouse Group
- Mayko Trading
- FinXL Professional Services
Launched in 2015, the govCMS platform is a Drupal-based open source web content management system hosted on the public cloud and managed by the Department of Finance. It is maintained by Acquia, which operates the platform under contract with the Department.
