This is the first meeting room projector to support the vendor’s LiteShow secure wireless digital projection solution. The LP820 weighs 5.9kgs, making it easily portable, and has three optional lenses to suit different room sizes. It also supports the vendor’s ProjectManager, a free software application that enables users to control the projector from a laptop, and ProjectorNet, a client/server-based networking solution allowing IT departments to manage multiple projectors from one PC. A slightly heavier LP840 model with power zoom, focus and lens shift is scheduled for release later this year. The InFocus LP820 is available from Electroboard and Tech Pacific.
