Brisbane-based integrator, ITOC, has been recognised on a global stage by Amazon Web Services (AWS), taking out a customer focused award in Las Vegas.
Honoured as a 2015 global ‘Customer Obsession’ award winner, the company has been recognising for excellence in providing AWS services and solutions to customers.
“This recognition and award by AWS is the latest in a list of achievements and firsts by ITOC in the cloud industry,” ITOC CEO, Richard Steven, said.
“We are honoured to receive such an award. It’s a testament to the great culture and team we’ve built here at ITOC.”
Presented at AWS re:Invent in Las Vegas, the global award follows on from ITOC winning the Australia and New Zealand award earlier this year.
ITOC was cited for its work to drive down its customer’s costs and increase operational efficiency, such as guiding online advertising start-up, Reel Feed, towards realising a $US3 million annual saving, by implementing an AWS architecture that leverages AWS Spot functionality across their massively scalable platform serving 50 billion transactions per day.
