Managed services provider, Strut Digital, has been named the first CloudBees platinum partner for Jenkins Enterprise in Australia and New Zealand.
CloudBees, which provides the enterprise version of the Jenkins open source continuous integration tool, first hooked up with the the Sydney-based AWS Advanced Consulting Partner over a year ago.
Since then, Strut Digital has proven itself a valuable partner in the local marketplace.
“The platinum status was earned over time,” Strut Digital CEO, Zack Levy, told ARN. “We started working with CloudBees, and we soon saw that we could offer complementary services.
"It seemed like a good fit, and we ended up starting a partnership.
“Now, there’s a local partner that companies can go to for Jenkins Enterprise. The partnership also helps to expand the presence of CloudBees in the local market."
According to Levy, going platinum means that Strut Digital’s clients will be able to draw upon the full range of the Jenkins Enterprise platform's capabilities
“The solution is extremely powerful, especially when you deploy it in your environment, and we do it quite well,” said Levy.
“So, we’re in a position to allow customers to exploit that to the maximum. Our expertise is automation, and we’ve got a lot of experience with Jenkins and other orchestration tools.
“We’re not only in a position to sell the software and provide the basic support, but also to integrate that into the company environments, taking processes that were manual and automating them,” he added.
With the new partner status, Strut Digital will provide expertise, consulting, and integration services for companies using the CloudBees Jenkins platform, either on-premise or in the Cloud.
For CloudBees’ director of global alliances, Durga Sammeta, Strut Digital is a deserving recipient of the platinum title.
“Strut Digital has a very strong track record in delivering high quality applications and implementing continuous delivery solutions,” said Sammeta in a statement.
“Strut Digital also works across a number of industry sectors and applies best practices within each of them, which is a major plus for our mutual customers.”
